Chelsea finally agree to sell £62 million super star player to Italian club

The Blues have finally bow to pressure to let go of Spain international, Alvaro Morata.

Report disclosed that the striker had been linked to Italian club, AC Milan.

However, Chelsea has placed the transfer fee at £62 million.

An amount the Italian club is unwilling to pay as Morata didn’t have a good game last season.

The Spain international, who had joined Chelsea from Juventus had a good beginning at Stamford Bridge before he lost his form owing to an injury.

And since then Morata’s performance for the Blues have been very poor to the extent he was relegated to the bench under Antonio Conte.

This made the striker inform Chelsea’s board he will like to leave Stamford Bridge and make a return to the Seria A.

Well,  AC Milan is on a mission to return as a top club in the Seria A as they plan to topple current toppers, Juventus.

And it has made the club bid for young players who can make this happen.

Messi Wants Barcelona Stay For Chelsea Target

West London giants Chelsea have received a big blow in the pursuit of Barcelona winger Ousmane Dembele in the wake of the news that club captain Lionel Messi wants him to stay at Nou Camp.

Argentine superstar Messi is one of the most influential figures at Barcelona having played with distinction for the Spanish champions for the better part of the last 15 years.

Messi sees the young French international player as a big player for Barcelona in their pursuit of honours in three major competitions namely the Spanish La Liga, the Champions League and the Spanish Copa Del Rey.

Dembele has had to deal with the consequences of his disciplinary issues this season with senior club officials unhappy with his conduct.

The 21-year-old was said to have gotten to Barcelona training two hours late at the weekend to further compound his woes at the club.

His off-field conduct is in stark contrast to his form on the pitch where he has scored eight goals in all competitions for Barcelona this season.

The recent admission from Messi about Dembele would have thrown spanner in the works of teams hoping to sign him.

Apart from the Blues, Arsenal and Liverpool are also interested in the former Borussia Dortmund.

Alvaro Morata set to move to AC Milan?

A new report from Chelsea has made it known that Spanish player, Alvaro Morata could leave Stamford Bridge in the January transfer window.

The Blues center forward has not scored a goal since the first week in November and he has continued with his poor form and lack of confidence to score in the Blues squad.

A report hinted that the Spaniard striker could be headed for Italy where he would join AC Milan.

The report also added that Alvaro Morata is determined to leave Chelsea having been out of favor under the new Blues coach, Maurizio Sarri.

It is uncertain if Chelsea will agree to the move but if they will then a replacement must be made available.

AC Milan had hoped to sign Zlatan Ibramovich to the club but he seems to be out of their reach and Alvaro Morata will make a better substitute.

Well, it looks as though AC Milan have taken some interest in Chelsea players of late or they just want to be a ‘dumping ground’ for Chelsea unused players.

AC Milan have signed Tiemoue Bakayoko on loan from Chelsea and now they have been linked with moves to sign the likes of Cesc Fabregas, Gary Cahill.
