Alexis Sanchez Offered To Two European Giants

Unsettled Manchester United star Alexis Sanchez has been offered to two big European clubs ahead of the upcoming winter transfer window scheduled for the New Year.

The Chilean international forward is said to have fallen out of favour with Red Devils manager Jose Mourinho and has ordered his agent to look for a new club for him ahead of the January transfer market.

According to Joe.co.uk, the 29-year-old has been offered to both Italian Serie A giants Inter Milan and Champions League holders Real Madrid.

Alexis Sanchez has been an expensive flop at Manchester United having signed a four-and-a-half year contract at the club when he swapped Arsenal for the Red Devils.

The Chilean joined from the Gunners in a swap deal which saw Henrikh Mkhitaryan move in the other direction.

Sanchez is on a weekly wages of around £350,000 thus making him the highest earner at the club.

He has failed to justify the heavy financial outlay on him after netting just four goals in 30 appearances in all competitions since he signed for Manchester United in January.

He’s presently out injured and he’s not expected back until at least next month after sustaining a hamstring injury during training on Thursday ahead of the weekend’s game at struggling Southampton.

Why Arsenal want Eric Bailly

Why Arsenal FC want Eric Bailly

Arsenal FC have maintained their success stand so far in the EPL this season after suffering two defeats at the start of the season.

The Gunners could, however, be headed for some challenges in their coming matches.

This is because the Unai Emery led squad will be without two of their key defenders for some time next year.

The players involved are Rob Holding, who is out for the season with a knee injury and Shkodran Mustafi is battling with a hamstring problem which the Gunners are assessing.

This latest development is a big blow on the team as they hope to at least finish in the top four on the EPL table so as to qualify for the next Uefa Champions League.

Arsenal are now linked with moves to sign Man Utd defender and Ivory Coast international, Eric Bailey.

The report hinted that Arsenal can make a move for him the January transfer window.

However, they will face stiff competition from Tottenham Hotspur, who are equally interested in Eric Bailey.

Man Utd have disclosed the interest to sell the Ivorian defender and they have placed his transfer fee at the sum of £30 million.
